On Thursday, August 19, the blues world and the WFIT community lost a great blues musician and special person, Steve Thorpe. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Linda and his son Nathan. Thanks for all the great music, Steve. You will be greatly missed, but your music will live on.

A remembrance memorial jam for Steve Thorpe will be held at Lou's Blues in Indialantic, Florida on Sunday, September 12th, from noon until closing.
